1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the bdbagi platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

bdbagi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To open a bdbagi account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh.
• You are legally permitted under applicable law to participate in online casino games and sports betting.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed bdbagi account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bdbagi or any of its affiliated third-party game suppliers.

bdbagi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of bdbagi you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep that information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdbagi username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdbagi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bdbagi support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4. Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bdbagi account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other means of association — is strictly prohibited. bdbagi uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are discovered, bdbagi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino wagers, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at bdbagi's sole discretion, net of any administrative costs incurred.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.4 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on bdbagi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. bdbagi does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not offer currency exchange services. Any foreign-currency transaction processed by your payment provider is your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bdbagi offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bdbagi promotions unless otherwise stated include:

8. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity of the bdbagi Platform or the experience of other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script, spider, or automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation must be returned, and the account will be suspended.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.

Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

9. Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game is governed by the rules published by the relevant studio and displayed within the game interface. bdbagi does not modify game rules or outcomes.

All game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned to your account. bdbagi's resolution of any technical dispute is final, subject to the formal dispute procedure below.

10. Sports Betting Rules

bdbagi's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and a range of international sports markets. The following general sportsbook rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted at bdbagi's discretion and may be suspended or rejected at any time during live events.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the market rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable market's voiding policy.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be voided and bets will be returned. This includes any odds that are manifestly incorrect compared to the true market price.
• The maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator is displayed in the sportsbook and may be updated from time to time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbagi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, and user-interface design, is the property of bdbagi or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bdbagi.

12. Privacy

bdbagi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to such collection and processing. bdbagi uses SSL encryption on all connections and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

bdbagi's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdbagi does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.

14. Disputes and Complaints

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your bdbagi account or Platform experience, you should first contact bdbagi's player support team at [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. bdbagi aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable Bangladeshi law.

15. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your bdbagi account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

bdbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by law or regulation. In cases of confirmed fraud, bdbagi may withhold all balances pending investigation.

16. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdbagi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
